The calculation of the Safety Culture State Review – Index is based on an easy-to-use calculation formula. The following point values are assigned to the four state-categories:
(A) Dependent – 3 pt.
(B) Independent – 5 pt.
(C) Interdependent – 8 pt.
(D) Reactive – 0 pt.
In the first step the Index per subject area will be calculated, and secondly the average of all subject areas. This value is defined as Safety Culture State Review – Index.
