The basic idea behind the concept of the Safety Culture State Review is that you develop a medium-term strategy for occupational safety by determining the state of the company-specific safety culture, which will lead to a sustainable improvement in performance, i.e. a reduction in occupational accidents. For this purpose, aspects are considered that go far beyond the classic approach to occupational safety.
In order to initiate a safety cultural change process in your company, it is imperative to carry it out with your own resources, with on-board resources.
